Who processes the data

The personal data controller is Мирзоев Абдурахим (Mirzoyev Abdurahim), individual. This policy applies to devzone.uz, datazone.uz, botzone.uz, agentzone.uz. For any question about your data, write to abdurahimmir@gmail.com.

What data we receive

From the request form: a contact to reply to (Telegram, phone or email), your name if you gave it, the task description and your answers, the generated project outline, the page and the traffic source (UTM tags).

Technically: the IP address is used for a few minutes only to protect the form from spam and is not stored with the request.

Why

To contact you, discuss the task and prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your consent, given with the checkbox in the form. Sending a request does not subscribe you to anything.

Where it is stored and who sees it

Requests are stored in a protected database at the site’s hosting provider (Cloudflare). A notification about a new request goes to the team’s private Telegram chat. Only the staff who handle requests have access; the requests system is protected by sign-in.

We do not share data with third parties for their own purposes and do not sell it.

How long we keep it

Requests are kept for 24 months after they are sent and then deleted automatically. Earlier on your request.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, correct it, delete it or withdraw your consent. Write to abdurahimmir@gmail.com from the contact you gave in the request — we will reply and act on it within 10 working days.
